Butterfish with curry and coconut rice
Pan seared butterfish with coconut rice and a lemongrass curry sauce garnished with cilantro.
Next time I won't use butterfish (black cod). This was actually a recipe I had changed last minute thinking I could make poke out of the butterfish but realized that it was far too oily and firm of a fish
